Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data C Software & Solutions – Comércio e Serviços, LDA ("we") collects through www.cssolutions.ao, why, and what rights you have. It is based on Angolan Law No. 22/11 of 17 June (Personal Data Protection Law).

Who is responsible

The data controller is C Software & Solutions – Comércio e Serviços, LDA, Bairro Benfica, Edifício Zunelli N.º 57, 1º Andar, Apt. 102, Município de Belas, Luanda, Angola. For any privacy question, write to info@cssolutions.ao.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your message and the language of the page. We use this only to answer your inquiry and follow up on it.
  • Error reports: if something breaks while you use the site, technical details (browser, device type, page, error message) are sent to our error-monitoring service. We do not attach your name, email or IP address to these reports.
  • Usage statistics: we count page views with a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Why we use it (legal basis)

We process contact-form data with your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and to take the steps you ask for before a possible contract. Error reports and usage statistics are processed in our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working well.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless they become part of a contract we must keep for longer by law. Error reports are deleted automatically by the monitoring service after its retention period.

Who we share it with

We never sell personal data. We rely on these service providers, only for the purposes above:

  • Vercel Inc. - website hosting and cookieless usage statistics.
  • Resend - delivery of contact-form emails and confirmations.
  • ImprovMX - forwarding of emails sent to our company address.
  • Sentry - error monitoring.
  • Google - the map on the contact page, only after you choose to load it.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside Angola, including in the United States and the European Union. We only use providers that commit to appropriate safeguards for personal data.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own and our analytics tool is cookieless. The Google map on the contact page is only loaded when you click to show it; Google may then set its own cookies under its privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to info@cssolutions.ao. We will answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Angolan Data Protection Agency (Agência de Protecção de Dados - APD).

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
